Founder of this organization – Mishka Sibert is a Certified Life Coach registered in the American Union of NLP, a professional international speaker, and consultant working to educate and advocate for autism inclusion rights, support for integration of autistic individuals and children into society, schools, companies, and businesses where their rights are represented and voices empowered. Mishka’s passionate advocate for siblings of autistic children and published author. Her book Mother’s Guide to Siblings Relationships: Navigating the Sibling Relationship on a Journey with Autism is the first of its kind in Central Europe and includes Mishka’s experiences, research with adult sibling from all around the world and references 40+ studies on autism parenting and special needs sibling’s mental health experiences. 

Mishka is a sister of an autistic non-verbal brother Samko who she created the business brand, and later NGO , Happy Autism where they both advocate together and educate on autism and support the mental health of families with autism. 

Their work was featured in American Forbes, American media, Slovak national media, they have done workshops for global companies like ADP, and have created online educational resources for families and specialists that work with autistic children and families.

They currently work on projects and fundraising support for autism families affected by the war in Ukraine and their safe integration into Slovakia and other countries. 

They work with the biggest autism European association based in Brussels, Autism Europe; and the Ukrainian foundation that is helping autistic children in Ukraine, Child with Future, based in Kyiv, to ensure they provide the best-specialized support for these families. Mishka is the official individual member of Autism Europe to ensure international support through the work with this association and their member organizations.
